Domestic & international shipping

Shipping within North America (in Canada and United States) is a complimentary service (no charge)

Shipping outside of North America (except Canada and United States) has a $90 CAD flat rate shipping fee.

Your unframed prints will be couriered to your address, well protected in a tube.

Note: If you have arranged for us to handle the mounting and / or framing of your print, your new artwork will be delivered by hand if local (Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, Canada) or we will be able to quote the shipping fee to you after we have confirmed the final framed size.

Any additional charges for framing and / or shipping will be discussed and confirmed with you in advance by email and will be manually invoiced.

returns & exchanges

Please take a few extra minutes to take the appropriate measurements to be sure that the artwork you order is the right piece for your space. The artwork will be custom printed specifically for your order and we want to minimize any returns for that reason. However, if you have special circumstances that require an exchange, we will help you make a choice that is more suitable to your needs.

damaged or faulty goods

If your print arrives damaged for some reason, we will handle the insurance with our shipping company and make sure to replace your piece and arrange to have the damaged work returned.
